Every service is planned around your current hair or skin condition, previous procedures, goal and daily care routine. Where an expectation is unsuitable or unrealistic, we say so plainly.
Treatment plan
We set out the scope, estimated duration, aftercare needs and any follow-up before we begin. Where a case calls for medical assessment, referral to a healthcare professional takes precedence over a cosmetic treatment.
Hygiene and privacy
Clean work areas, equipment handling, single-use items and personal privacy are part of our service standard. Our hijab-friendly salon and VIP areas are arranged according to need.
