Permanent Eyeliner
at TEO
Permanent eyeliner is much more than shaving five minutes off your morning routine — it is a micro-pigmentation design that completes facial symmetry and gives your gaze all-day precision. At TEO Beauty Centre every liner is planned with brow-symmetry, eye-shape analysis and dermatologist-approved pigments.
Why Permanent Eyeliner?
Shorter Morning Routine
The line you fuss over each morning is already in place when you wake.
1–3 Years of Wear
Fade-resistant clarity that lasts 1 to 3 years depending on skin and pigment choice.
Symmetric Gaze
Millimetric correction of natural asymmetry between the two eyes.
Fuller Lash Effect
Lash-line enhancement makes lashes appear twice as dense.
An eyeliner is not a line — it is a facial design
At first glance, permanent eyeliner may appear to be nothing more than "a fine line drawn above the eye" — but in reality it is a micro-pigment design that determines your face's symmetry, the visual proportion of your eye shape, and the character of your gaze. At TEO Beauty Centre, a 30-minute facial analysis session is always carried out before any eyeliner procedure. The angle of your brows, whether your eye is oval, almond-shaped, or slanted, the lift height of the upper eyelid, and the micron-level asymmetry between the two eyes — all of these inform our design decisions. Our aim is never to draw a generic line; it is to create a definition that feels like a natural extension of your face, as though you have always had it.
There are three principles that underpin a good eyeliner design: the right direction, the right thickness, and the right ending point. The direction should not run parallel to the eye's natural curve but should correspond to the angle of your brow. The thickness should be fine enough not to restrict the eyelid's range of movement, yet defined enough to give you the feeling of being "put together" the moment you wake up. The ending point should fall on the imaginary line drawn from the outer corner of your eye to the outer end of your brow — a millimetre too high and the face becomes severe; a millimetre too low and you look tired. We have been measuring and applying these three principles for years; the result is a line that our guests describe not merely as "beautiful" but as "perfectly suited to me and completely natural."
Permanent eyeliner is planned across two sessions. In the first session, pigment is placed into the upper layer of the skin; the second session takes place 30–45 days later to fill in any areas where the pigment has not fully settled. During the time between the two sessions, we observe how the colour behaves on your skin and make any adjustments together. This two-session approach means you can defer the question "should it be a little darker?" — because any adjustment you wish to make can be carried out at the second session.
"A great eyeliner is not admired on the day it is applied — it is the line you love every morning you wake up."
A 6-step application process from consultation to touch-up
Every session begins with time set aside specifically to understand your face. We offer a measured design — not a rushed eyeliner.
Facial Analysis
Eye shape, brow angle, upper-lid height, and symmetry measurements. Reference photographs are reviewed together.
Pre-Draw
A dermographic pencil sketch is made before any pigment is introduced; we do not proceed until you have approved the design in the mirror.
Numbing Cream
A 20-minute application of dermatologist-approved lidocaine cream — comfort is our priority throughout the procedure.
Pigment Application
Micron-level pigment placement using a sterile, single-use needle. Approximately 45–60 minutes.
Moisturisation & Aftercare
Post-care ointment and a 14-day aftercare guide with clear instructions on what to do and what to avoid during healing.
Touch-Up Session
A complementary second session 30–45 days later; areas where pigment has not settled are filled in and colour is reinforced if needed.
Six tangible differences that will make you feel at ease
Permanent eyeliner is not a tattoo — it is micro-pigmentation. Truly understanding this distinction requires the right training, the right pigments, and the right equipment. We are one of the few studios to have invested in all three.
International Certification
Our team holds diplomas from PhiBrows and Long-Time-Liner academies. We undertake continuing education every year.
Single-Use Needles
A sterile, single-use needle cartridge for every guest. The packaging is opened in front of the guest.
Vegan Pigments
We work with dermatologically approved pigments that contain no animal-derived ingredients and no heavy metals.
Symmetry Measurement
Millimetre-precision callipers and digital measurement ensure symmetry between the two eyes.
Numbing Cream Comfort
A 20-minute pre-procedure numbing treatment keeps the discomfort level below that of tweezing a brow hair.
Touch-Up Included in Price
The second session (touch-up) is included in the original fee. It is a session necessary for achieving complete satisfaction with the result.
Five different styles, one studio
Every face calls for a different line. We recommend one of five core eyeliner techniques based on facial analysis.
Lash Line Enhancement
The finest and most natural option. Only the lash line is filled in; lashes appear twice as full. The favourite of those who prefer a natural look.
Classic Thin Line
A fine, straight line from the lash line to the outer corner. Ideal for everyday wear — beautiful even without make-up.
Winged Line
A short flick at the outer corner. Creates an almond-eye effect; popular with guests who want a lifted appearance.
Shaded Line
A soft gradient shadow above the line. Gives a smoky-eye effect; frequently recommended to guests over 40.
Lower Lash Line
A very fine line along the lower lash line. Usually applied in combination with an upper line; makes the gaze appear fuller and deeper.
Before and after permanent eyeliner: what to do and what to avoid
Do This
- Get a good night's sleep 24 hours before the procedure; swollen eyelids make symmetry measurement more difficult.
- Come on the day of your appointment with clean lashes and no eye make-up.
- Apply the provided post-care ointment twice daily for 7 days.
- If the eyelid scabs during healing, never scratch it — it must fall away on its own.
- Complete the second session (touch-up) within 30–45 days without fail.
Avoid This
- Avoid alcohol, aspirin, and vitamin E supplements for 48 hours before the procedure, as they increase bleeding.
- Do not have a lash lift, lash tint, or botox performed within 2 weeks before the procedure.
- Do not enter a swimming pool, sauna, or steam room for 10 days during healing.
- Avoid direct sun exposure for the first 14 days; UV rays disrupt pigment settling.
- Discontinue retinol and acid-based eye creams throughout the healing period.
How does your eyeliner behave over time?
Despite its name, permanent eyeliner does not remain fixed forever — and that is a good thing. Changing trends, the subtle shifts in your facial proportions over the years, and variations in your skin tone at different life stages mean that the same line may not suit you to the same degree a decade later. Depending on skin type, age, level of sun exposure, and the quality of the pigment used, the eyeliner applied at TEO fades gradually over a period of 1 to 3 years. This fading process is not sudden but very gentle; one day you will look in the mirror and feel that "it is time for a refresh."
Pigment selection is critical for preventing colour distortion. Some lower-quality pigments on the market shift to blue, green, or red tones over time because the carbon particles they contain break down at different rates. For this reason, TEO Beauty Centre works exclusively with pigments that carry international dermatological approval and are based on pure carbon or iron oxide. These pigments fade over time from dark grey to light grey — they never turn blue or green. With an annual refresh session, your eyeliner can be kept looking as fresh as the first day; many of our guests have maintained the same line for years with a brief 30-minute touch-up once a year.

Permanent Eyeliner FAQ
Is permanent eyeliner painful?
A dermatologist-approved numbing cream is applied for 20 minutes before the session, so most guests describe a mild scratch rather than pain.
How long does the colour last?
Between 1 and 3 years depending on skin type, sun exposure and pigment choice. A refresh session every 12–18 months keeps the line crisp.
How is the second session planned?
The touch-up takes place 30–45 days after the first session. Any spots that did not hold pigment are completed and the tone can be intensified if requested.
Can I wear contact lenses?
Yes. We ask you to remove them at the start of the session and put them back once the numbing has fully worn off.
Will the colour turn blue or grey over time?
Not with modern iron-oxide pigments. Colour shift is a legacy of old carbon-based pigments — none of which are used at TEO.
Who is not a good candidate?
Guests with active eye infections, uncontrolled diabetes, blood-thinning medication or in the first trimester of pregnancy should postpone the procedure.
