Where exactly is the salon?
TEO Beauty Centre is on level B1 of Mall of İstanbul, close to the Çınar entrance and car park P1. The salon is not inside the hotel; it is on the shopping centre side. Because Hilton Mall of İstanbul and the shopping centre are connected within the same complex, you can walk over without going outside. Tell the mall information desk "TEO Güzellik Merkezi" and they will point you to us.
Why it suits hotel guests
We are open until 22:00 every day, so it is easy to find a slot before or after your evening plans. Our team can assist in English and Arabic as well as Turkish. You are welcome to ask about the duration and the price before a treatment begins — helpful when you are only in town for a few days.
Separate women's and men's salons
The women's salon covers cutting and styling, colour, highlights and balayage, keratin treatment, extensions, manicure and pedicure, skin care, waxing and laser hair removal, permanent make-up and brow design. The men's salon covers cutting, beard shaving, hair care and colour, hair gloss, masks, manicure and pedicure, and laser hair removal. A private, screened area is available for guests who prefer it.
Most requested on a short stay
Blow-dry and styling, a haircut, a beard shave, manicure and pedicure, and a single-session facial — all can be completed in one visit. Colour work and extensions take longer, so please mention them when you book.
Booking and opening hours
We are open daily from 10:00 to 22:00. You can book through the online reservation page or by calling 0212 801 13 00. Booking ahead is advisable at weekends and in the evening.
