Privacy Notice

1. Data Controller

TEO Beauty Centre (Mall of İstanbul AVM · Çınar Entrance Car Park P1 · Başakşehir/İstanbul) acts as the data controller under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, and processes guests' personal data in accordance with this Privacy Notice.

2. Personal Data Processed

Full name, phone, e-mail, appointment date, service preference and message content submitted via the contact form. Health data (allergies, skin conditions, pregnancy, medications) may also be processed within our pre-service analysis forms for skin and hair care.

3. Purposes of Processing

• Creating, reminding and managing appointments
• Delivering services and planning personal care
• Customer communication and satisfaction measurement
• Fulfilling legal obligations (invoicing, archiving)
• Sending campaigns and updates with your explicit consent

4. Legal Basis

Your data is processed under KVKK Art. 5/2-c (performance of a contract), Art. 5/2-ç (legal obligation), Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest) and, where required, Art. 5/1 (explicit consent). Health data is processed only with your explicit consent.

5. Data Transfers

Your data is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes. It may only be shared, limited to purpose, with official authorities that legally request it and with our service providers (e-mail infrastructure, payment systems, cloud archive).

6. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to processing and automated decisions, and to data portability. Requests sent to info@teoguzellikmerkezi.com are answered within 30 days at the latest.

7. Retention

Personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and legal retention periods (generally 10 years), then securely destroyed under our Data Retention & Destruction Policy.

8. Updates

This Privacy Notice may be revised in line with legislation or service updates. The current version is always published on this page.
