TEO Beauty Center began its service at Mall of Istanbul in May 2014, offering unisex hairdressing, skin care, laser hair removal, and solarium services. TEO Beauty Center was established by two partners. Birol Elmas and Habib Tombak founded our center by combining their 30 years of experience. They support their teams by transferring their accumulated knowledge to their staff and sending them to professional training programs. Personalized styling is performed based on the individual’s age, height, skin tone, eye color, and face shape. TEO Beauty Center opened its second branch within Mall of Istanbul in February 2016.
Behind the TEO brand lies a strong team spirit and consistent work discipline. Service quality and customer satisfaction are our top priorities across our branches. In our men’s and women’s sections, all innovations are followed, and the latest cutting and coloring trends are applied. We also have Men’s and Women’s VIP salons, as well as a dedicated hijab section where we provide services with our professional team.
OUR FOUNDERS
BİROL ELMAS
Birol Elmas started his professional career in 1985 at Mos Kuaför Nişantaşı, where he trained alongside esteemed masters. Between 1994 and 1996, he specialized in cutting and coloring at Jacques Dessange Formation in France.
He opened his first hair salon at the Crowne Plaza Istanbul Hotel in 1999 and operated a salon at the Polat Renaissance Hotel Istanbul for 8 years. In 2014, he co-founded TEO Beauty Center with two partners and began serving clients at Mall of Istanbul. He opened the second branch within Mall of Istanbul in February 2016. He is married and has two children.
HABİB TOMBAK
Habib Tombak began his professional career in 1990 at Sadık Bekar Hairdresser in Etiler. After training under esteemed masters, he started working with Birol Elmas at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Istanbul in 1999. Between 2000 and 2002, he received specialized training in cutting and coloring at Jean-Claude Biguine.
In 2001, he attended cutting and coloring seminars in Miami and Orlando. He transferred to the Polat Renaissance Hotel in 2008. In 2014, he co-founded TEO Beauty Center with two partners and currently provides services at Mall of Istanbul. He opened the second branch within Mall of Istanbul in February 2016. He is married and has one child.
